Quoted 3 hrs and the job was done in 3 hours, a rarity these days. Mike was a nice guy worked fast and was very tidy and helpful. Disconnected generac panel and rerouted wires back into panel and pulled wire from outside. Definitely recommend GEM to anyone

We were having some issues with surging power. Gem came out on a Saturday which was on the day I called. They took their time and found And repaired the problem. High quality workmenship curtious and professional. Thanks After the surge issue was dealt with the electrician noticed that we needed to upgrade our panel and service Gem contacted us and we discussed options.
